The extent of the job creation through biowaste conversion is significant as a spoke on the wheel of the clean technology economy. The equipment such as Hydrothermal Carbonization (HTC) reactors are largely automated. However, a paradigm shift in treating food, human, and animal waste across the U.S. and around the world requires human capital and logistics at a large scale.
